Small Dog Name Plate

These small rectangular-shaped dog collar nameplates are the perfect size for a small dog. They fit a collar that is a 11" to 14" fit. The collar must be wider than 5/8 inch. If you order with a collar, SFGC will rivet on your collar. If you buy it alone, then SFGC will send several rivets with it. In the comment box include the text you want on the tag.
